Tenders are invited for Trailer parts according to specification for :In the framework of this procedure, it is desired to acquire the maintenance services of some medical equipment from the endowment of the wards within the hospital, with the aim of keeping them in working condition and to obtain the technical verification bulletin, with the technical specifications provided in annex no. 1 to this specification and in the estimated quantities provided in annex no. 2 to this specification. any request for clarification must be submitted in seap https://e-licitatie.ro/pub. in accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. 2 from law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the contracting authority - the purchaser establishes the deadline in which the economic operators can address requests for clarification, respectively in which it will respond to all requests for clarification / additional information, as follows: 1. the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in connection with the award documentation is 20 days before the deadline for submitting offers. 2. contracting authority - the purchaser will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of offers. the deadline for responding to clarifications has been established, in accordance with the provisions of art. 161 of law no. 98/2016 with the subsequent amendments and additions, so that the economic operators have an adequate period to analyze the award documentation and, subsequently, to prepare the offers through the prism of the answers provided by the contracting authority - purchaser. clarification requests will be sent in editable format, in seap, signed with extended electronic signature. the contracting authority is not obliged to respond to requests for clarifications/additional information that have not been addressed within the term established in section i.3 of the data sheet.
