The subject of the contracts awarded in the dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter referred to as DPS) is the supply primarily of informational and promotional items that are commonly available on the market and which are classified according to the common procurement vocabulary (hereinafter referred to as CPV), especially within the range of group 392, 185, 798, 301, 220, 221, 222, 223, 224, 228, 229, 443, including services related to their delivery to the delivery locations and unloading of goods into the warehouse at the designated place. The contracting authority will also use another specific CPV code from the mentioned groups or another group according to CPV for the classification of goods or services as needed. The contracting authority will announce a specific contract using DPS based on a call for tenders (hereinafter referred to as the call for tenders). The exact specification of the subject of the contract will be stated in the relevant call for tenders within the awarding of a specific contract in accordance with the competitive documents. The contracting authority anticipates awarding specific contracts within the DPS at indeterminate, irregular intervals, which will depend on the current needs of the contracting authority. Similarly, the volume of specific contracts awarded within the dynamic purchasing system, the contracting authority anticipates from units to thousands of units in a specific awarded contract within the dynamic purchasing system. The specific scope of the subject of the contract as well as its detailed specification, including specific delivery locations, will be part of the individual calls within the established DPS, which will be sent to all registered interested parties via the information system Josephine.
