Tenders are invited for Procurement of Consulting Services to Redevelop the National Works Agency’s (NWA) Corporate Website
The National Works Agency (NWA) is an executive agency of the Government of Jamaica under the Ministry of Economic Growth and Infrastructure Development (MEGID), responsible for the administration of the national main road network of approximately 5,000 km. In support of its modernization agenda, digital transformation, and mandate to improve transparency, accessibility, and public engagement, the NWA is undertaking a comprehensive redevelopment of its corporate website to ensure alignment with the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Authority theme and with broader digital strategy of the Government of Jamaica (GoJ). The NWA’s Information Technology Unit is seeking a consultant to redevelop the National Works Agency’s Corporate Website. The redeveloped platform will modernize the Agency’s digital presence, expand online service offerings, and improve operational efficiency, while strengthening public trust through clearer, more timely, and more transparent communication on: • the condition and management of Jamaica’s road network; • major infrastructure projects and programmes; • disaster preparedness, response, and recovery activities; • core departmental services and online transactions; and • public information, notices, publications, and stakeholder updates. The contract duration is sixteen (16) weeks. To be considered eligible, bidders must submit the following with their bids: a) A valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC) or Tax Compliance Letter. Failure to submit the document listed above shall result in the rejection of the bid.
