Tenders are invited for Framework agreement for the study, design, supply, installation, and industrial commissioning of four turnkey synchronous compensation systems, including a maintenance contract for operational conditions over 20 years, across three territories (guyana, corsica, martinique).
Framework contract lasting 24 years, including 20 years of operational maintenance, concerning 4 new installations of synchronous compensator type (solutions of synthetic inertia interfaced by power electronics are not accepted). The overall performance requirements are detailed in the technical notice.
