Tenders Are Invited for Ve2223.6 Security Technology Video Gma
Fraport AG has completed the construction of Terminal 3, including sections of Concourse G. Parts of Concourse G are already operational. This also applies to the main terminal building and Concourses H and J. A section of Concourse G currently exists only as a partially completed shell. This section is being, or will be, separated from the operational areas by temporary measures and is now slated for full completion. For the structural implementation, construction services are being tendered in the following trades, among others: Interior fit-out, Electrical, Building automation, Public address system (PA) including communications technology, Building automation, Security technology (video, alarm system), Mechanical, Baggage handling systems, Canopy, Extended shell construction. The subject of this tender is services for VE2223.6 Security technology (video, alarm system) with, among others, the following service areas: Alarm system/central control system: • New installation and interior fit-out of alarm system floor distribution boxes up to approx. HxWxD 2000x1200x500 including base and transmission equipment: approx. 3 units • New installation and interior fit-out of central control system floor distribution boxes up to approx. HxWxD 2000x800x800 including base: approx. 1 unit • New installation including connection of CAT7 S/FTP AWG22 data cables: approx. 1000 m • New installation including connection of telecommunications lines up to 20 twisted pairs for secondary technology, Including installation system: approx. 6000 m • New installation of door and gate controls (including key switches, door distributors, emergency exit terminals), including programming, complete connection readiness, and installation of door components: approx. 23 units • New installation of BPOL alarm detectors (panic alarms), including programming, complete connection readiness, and installation: approx. 7 units • New installation of ZKS readers, including programming, complete connection readiness, and installation: approx. 7 units • Light barrier curtain for GFA flap monitoring: approx. 6 units • Decommissioning and recommissioning of existing door controls: approx. 10 units • VIDEO: • Supply, installation, and commissioning of video cameras, including patch cables, wall/ceiling mounts, and programming: approx. 40 units • New installation of cable ducts and pipes up to DN 25: approx. 200 m • Commissioning of video surveillance systems, including interfaces to ZKS and AGVs: approx. 40 units • Coordination with the Contractor for telecommunications, fire alarm systems, and access control systems: Supply and operational installation of the new systems, including commissioning. Commissioning services and standby maintenance prior to legally binding acceptance. The site facilities and logistics for all construction activities, including those of the other participating trades, will be provided and managed by the contractor. The following services will be provided by the client: - overall coordination of trial operation - overall coordination of commissioning. Start of services: Q4 2026. Start of installation/execution: Q1 2027. Start of commissioning: Q3 2028. End of services (including any remaining work and acceptance): Q1 2029.
