This market concerns the supply of fuel and the charging of electric vehicles for the staff of the Tarn department through a card with associated services, including vehicle washing, parking, and tolls. They must be able to refuel near their workplace throughout the department. However, the place of execution of the services is the Tarn department and the national territory.
