1. The Department of Surface Transport (DoST), Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport
(MoIT), Royal Government of Bhutan (hereinafter called “Recipient”) has received financing
from the World Bank toward the cost of the Accelerating Transport and Trade Connectivity
in Eastern South Asia Phase 2 - Bhutan Project. Part of the project is being implemented by
the (the “Client”). The Client intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the
contract for Carrying out of Lineament Mapping for Chamkharchhu II Hydropower Project
(HPP), Zhemgang Dzongkhag and Chamkharchhu IV HPP, Bumthang Dzongkhag.
