Tenders are invited for Trailer parts according to specification for :Procurement execution works of electrical installations of low currents, detection, alarm and fire signaling, consolidation works and basement repairs related to the investment objective energy renovation of public buildings - kindergarten with extended program no. 19 boto?ani, c5-b2.1.a-190, in accordance with the requirements requested by the procurement specifications and the technical documentation attached to this data sheet of the purchase. the municipality of boto?ani is the beneficiary of the financing contract no. 123586/02.11.2022 concluded with m.d.l.p.a, for the achievement of the investment objective energy renovation of public buildings - kindergarten with extended program no. 19 boto?ani, developed through pnrr/2022/c5/2/b.2.1/1, round 1, component c5 - the renovation wave, axis 2 - grant scheme for energy efficiency and resilience in public buildings, operation b: moderate or deep energy renovation of public buildings, within the national recovery and resilience plan pnrr. the investment involves carrying out energy efficiency works at the gradini?a building with extended program no. 19 boto?ani which is the property of the boto?ani local council and is under the administration of the boto?ani county school inspectorate, respectively: body c1 - educational building body with a built-up area on the ground of 937.00 sqm, built-up area of ??1,874.00 sqm., height regime s technical partial+p+1e. the building that is the object of the investment is located on aleea prieteniei no. 5, boto?ani municipality and is part of public buildings. for the execution of this investment objective, it was concluded with s.c. spectrum secure construction s.r.l. works contract no. 13691/31.05.2024, during which visible segregations were noticed/discovered in the existing reinforced concrete elements, cracks and crevices at the level of the ceiling and walls, exposed and corroded reinforcements on extended surfaces, both on the walls and on the ceiling, visible water infiltrations on the walls, leading to excessive humidity, additional deterioration of the concrete and acceleration of the corrosion process of fittings. it was also found the need to change the fire detection system and the need to install the internet, voice data and burglar alarm system in the kindergarten. following the findings, the general designer s.c. rugby construct s.r.l. drew up the site provision no. 3 and site provision no. 9, which deals with the measures necessary to be executed to remedy the deficiencies, works that are the subject of this contracting strategy. measures to be taken: - the need to change the fire detection system - the need to install the internet, voice data and burglary system in the kindergarten - interventions for the concrete areas inside the basement where there are cracks, damage both on the surface and in depth, but also areas where the reinforcements are visible - for a certain area of ??the floor in the space intended for the kitchen, reinforcement with carbon fibers will be carried out. - all the gaps related to the former installation routes in the floor above the basement will be closed with concrete seals. the estimated amount of 686,657.68 lei without vat for the award of the works contract that is the subject of this procedure does not include the amount representing miscellaneous and unforeseen expenses. the number of days up to which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers: 10. to the extent that the requests for clarifications or additional information were addressed to the contracting authority within the period from point i.3, the deadline in which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information is the 6th day before the deadline for submitting offers.
