Tenders are invited for Trailer parts according to specification for :The object of the works execution contract: sewerage networks and treatment plants in the villages of ?oar? and barcut, ?oar? commune, bra?ov county. through this investment, it is proposed to establish domestic wastewater sewage networks in the villages of ?oar? and barcut and to build two treatment plants, one in each village, which will receive all the waste water produced on the project sites. connections for households in the villages to the proposed networks are also foreseen. the total estimated value for the execution of the works related to the objective sewerage networks and treatment plants in the villages of ?oar? and barcut, ?oar? commune, bra?ov county is 14,150,891.00 lei without vat, in accordance with the approved general budget, a value that is distributed within the following budget chapters: 1.2 land development - 349,732.00 lei 1.3 arrangements for the protection of the environment and bringing the land to its original state - 772,026.00 lei 2 expenses for the provision of utilities necessary for the investment objective - water supply - 317,522.00 lei 4.1 constructions and installations - 10,621,710.00 lei 4.3 machines, technological and functional equipment that require assembly - 2,009,151.00 4.5 equipment - 8,750.00 lei 5.1 organization of the site - 72,000.00 lei, of which: 5.1.1 construction works and installations related to the organization of the site - 60,000.00 lei 5.1.2 expenses related to the organization of the site - 12,000.00 the estimated lei value of the contract does not include the amount of 290,000.00 lei without vat related to miscellaneous and unforeseen expenses, as specified in the project budget. this amount can be accessed, as the case may be, according to needs, by amending the contract under the conditions provided for in art. 221 of law no. 98/2016 on public procurement. any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation, in compliance with the deadline established by the contracting authority in the notice of participation and the procurement data sheet–section i.3. the number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers/candidates: 10 days. the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications by publishing the answers in the documentation, clarifications, decisions section related to the tender notice, 6 days before the deadline established in the tender notice for the submission of offers.
