Open Procedure:delivery of Furniture and Equipment for Workshops, Halls and Specialized Premises for the Needs of the National Stem Center
The subject of the present public procurement is: "Supply of equipment and equipment for workers, rooms and specialized premises for emergencies at the National Stem Center".
The present public procurement is divided into five separate positions, as follows:
Special position 1: "Supply of equipment and equipment for workers";
Special position 2: "Supply of equipment and equipment for specialized premises";
Special position 3: "Supply of stage equipment and equipment for rooms";
Special Item 4: "Supply of Curtains", Listed in Order, Valid for the Individual Forecast Value of the Special Item, Based on Article 21, Paragraph 6 of the Code.
Special Item 5: "Supply of Equipment and Equipment for Opening Spaces", Listed in Order, Valid for the Individual Forecast Value of the Special Item, Based on Article 21, Paragraph 6 of the Code.
Scope of the Public Procurement:
1. The Scope of the Public Procurement for Special Position 1 "Supply of Equipment and Equipment for Workers" Includes Activities for: Supply and Assembly of Equipment and Equipment for Workers by Type, Quantity and Minimum Technical Characteristics According to the Table in Section I "Minimum Requirements for Fulfillment of Special Position No. 1" of the Technical Specification. The Main Types of Articles, Subject of the Supply, Are: Workbenches - 37 Pieces, Wall Organizers - 10 Pieces, Welding Tables - 4 Pieces, Workbenches - 8 Pieces and Work Cabinets - 20 Pieces. The Contractor shall deliver and assemble in the premises designated by the Contractor all the items specified in this specification with the dimensions and parameters described in the Technical Proposal, in accordance with the Technical Specifications of the Contractor. The Contractor shall be obliged under the Agreement to provide warranty support for the delivered items, which shall cover all their structural parts, for a period not shorter than the period described in each item of the Technical Specifications and the Technical Proposal for the specified item from the date of signing the final acceptance and handover protocol, confirming acceptance of the performance under the Agreement.
2. In the scope of the public sector under Special Position No. 2, "Supply of equipment and equipment for specialized premises" includes activities such as: Supply and assembly of equipment for specialized premises by type, quantity and minimum technical characteristics in accordance with the table in Section Ii "Minimum requirements for the implementation of Special Position No. 2" of the Technical Specification. The main types of articles, subject to supply, are: Specialized cabinets - 56 units and racks - 35 units. The Contractor shall deliver and assemble in the premises designated by the Contractor all the items specified in this specification with the dimensions and parameters described in the Technical Proposal, in accordance with the Technical Specifications of the Contractor. The Contractor shall be obliged under the Agreement to provide warranty support for the delivered items, which shall cover all their structural parts, for a period not shorter than the period described in each item of the Technical Specifications and the Technical Proposal for the specified item from the date of signing the final acceptance and handover protocol, confirming acceptance of the performance under the Agreement.

The scope of the public porch under special position 3 "supply of stage equipment and equipment for the hall" includes activities such as: supply, assembly of stage equipment and equipment for the hall by type, quantity and minimum technical characteristics in accordance with the table in section III "minimum requirements for the implementation of special position No. 3" of the technical specifications. The main types of articles, subject to supply, include: parts - 10 pieces, podiums 1 set and chairs - 3 pieces. The Contractor shall deliver and assemble in the premises designated by the Contractor all the items specified in this specification with the dimensions and parameters described in the Technical Proposal, in accordance with the Technical Specifications of the Contractor. The Contractor shall be obliged under the Agreement to provide warranty support for the delivered items, which shall cover all their structural parts, for a period not shorter than the period described in each item of the Technical Specifications and the Technical Proposal for the specified item from the date of signing the final acceptance and handover protocol, confirming acceptance of the performance under the Agreement.
