Tenders are invited for Construction of the school space and school hall with the arrangement of the outdoor space of the primary school dugo selo
The subject of procurement is the construction of a new primary school building and a school gym in Dugo Selo, Zelena Ulica on plot no. 182, cadastral municipality Andrilovec. The project includes the equipping and construction of the school building and gym, as well as landscaping (school fields, outdoor teaching spaces, access roads and pedestrian areas, parking lot, school square, and others). The project is financed based on a contract for the allocation of non-repayable funds for projects financed from the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism – construction of a new school and a two-part sports hall and a small hall in Dugo Selo – npoo.c3.1.r1-12.01-v1.0042. The construction will be carried out in accordance with the applicable norms for sizing primary school spaces in Croatia 2022 for conducting classes in one shift, which need to be accommodated in existing capacities and in the newly planned school building. It is planned to build a school building with a total of 24 classrooms, i.e., for approximately 672 children in 12+12 class divisions. The school building, the complex of the school gym, and other outdoor spaces will be designed in accordance with the applicable norms... Table types 4/5 for 24 students. The total area of the planned intervention for the described number of classrooms and number of children is approximately 6,841.0 m2 gross, according to the applicable norms. Ensuring necessary and additional spaces in accordance with standards and specific user requirements, and in accordance with the norms for sizing primary school spaces in Croatia 2022, and to a certain extent in accordance with the still valid state pedagogical standard of the primary education system (NN 63/08). The building must contain all necessary spaces for the proper functioning of the planned purpose. Ensure vehicular access to the public road surface, and part of the subject parcel must be arranged as natural greenery. It is necessary to plan parking traffic on the parcel in a manner prescribed by the applicable spatial planning documentation for the planned purpose. Mechanical and electrical solutions will ensure maximum use of renewable energy sources, and additional spaces will be provided for these technological processes if necessary. On parts of the flat roof, the installation of a solar power plant is planned.
