Tenders Are Invited for Renewal And Support Of Microsoft Licenses For Botswana Fibre Networks For A Period Of 36 Months.
Botswana Fibre Networks (BoFiNet) invites qualified and experienced Citizen Contractors to submit bids for the renewal and support of Microsoft licenses for a period of 36 months.
The contract is intended to ensure the continued availability, security, and optimal performance of BoFiNet’s Microsoft software environment. The scope of work includes the renewal of Microsoft licenses, subscription management, technical support services, license compliance advisory, software assurance management, and ongoing vendor engagement with Microsoft to ensure uninterrupted service delivery across BoFiNet’s operations for a period of 36 months.Service providers are expected to demonstrate relevant Microsoft partnership status, proven experience in license management and support services, and the technical capacity to deliver timely and effective support throughout the contract period.
