Tenders Are Invited for Re-floating the Tender of Rehabilitation of Structural Defects and Settlement Cracks in Adc Yard- Duqm
• Objective: Rectify structural defects in Dry Dock No. 1 and adjacent areas to restore full operational
capacity and ensure long-term stability.
The contractor is responsible for:
a) Design Verification & Surveys
- Verification and development of additional structural details.
b) Demolition & Reconstruction
- Controlled demolition of crane beams, pavements, and pile caps.
- Construction of diaphragm walls, piled raft foundations, and reinforced concrete
pavements.
c) Grouting & Soil Stabilization
- Chemical grouting to improve soil stability and reduce water ingress.
d) Crane Rail Works
- Rectification and reinstallation of South and North crane rails.
- Alignment and testing to meet operational tolerances.
e) Environmental & Safety Compliance
- Waste disposal per Omani regulations.
