Tenders Are Invited for Invitation for Automation of Financial Services Data Collection and Analysis.Volume 2, Hardware.Server.Final
The bidding document is in English and may be purchased by interested eligible
Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon
payment of a nonrefundable fee of K10,000.00 or in convertible currency. The
method of payment will be cash or Bank cheque in favour of Support for
Digitalization, Financial Inclusion and Competitiveness (DFIC) Project,

5. A written request for the document should be sent to Mr. Mahara Zgambo
(Procurement Specialist) who is reachable on dficproject@gmail.com during office
hours (09:00hrs to 16:00 hours local time) and it will be sent to the prospective
bidder by email.
6. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid-Security of equivalent to US$ 3,000.00
7. Bids must be delivered to the address below: Project coordinator, DFIC Project,
Ministry of Finance and Economic Affairs, Capital Hill, City Centre, P.O. Box
30049, Capital City, Lilongwe 3. on or before 10:00 hours local time, 09th
March.
2026. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will
be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and8
