Tenders Are Invited for ICT Hardware Deliveries
The purpose of the tender is to enter into a framework agreement with a single contractor for the supply of ICT hardware, with the contracting authority selecting the most economically advantageous tender(s). The estimated value of the contracts for the entire duration of the framework agreement, including all extension options, amounts to a maximum of €13,700,000 excluding VAT. For the acquisition of managed print services, the contracting authority estimates an additional €1,200,000 for the entire duration, including extension options. In addition to these estimates, the contracting authority applies an uncertainty factor of approximately 45 percent, due to factors such as market developments, fluctuations in replacement needs, and potential technological changes. This brings the maximum value of the contract to €20,000,000.
