Tenders are invited for Emergency condition of the ice surface cooling technology - replacement of the condenser with a cooler
The subject of the public contract is the supply and installation of the condensation side of the cooling system for the ice rink at the winter stadium in Strakonice (including commissioning and training of the staff) along with related works, supplies, and services necessary for the execution and ensuring the full functionality of the subject of this public contract, i.e., installation and minor construction works, electrical installation works, measurement, and regulation. The existing evaporative condensers will be replaced with a plate condenser. The condenser will be cooled by a flowing liquid cooled in the evaporative cooler. The evaporative cooler is located next to the existing cooling machine room on a concrete foundation slab. The connection between the plate condenser and the evaporative condenser will be made with thin-walled stainless steel piping. Circulation pumps for transporting the operating liquid will be located in the existing cooling machine room. The circulation pumps will include frequency converters. One of the pair of pumps serves as a backup. Water for showering the cooler will be conducted underground in plastic polyethylene piping from the existing water tank. Water for showering will be transported by the circulation pump. A superheated steam cooler will also be installed in the circuit. The public contract also includes preparation for the use of waste heat, both high potential and low potential. The supply also includes the construction of a concrete foundation slab for the evaporative cooler. The subject of the fulfillment also includes providing warranty service for the duration of the warranty period.
