Tenders Are Invited for Implementation of Lot 2:Design, Supply, and Installation of SCADA/EMS system, telecommunication network, substations adaptation works. Inter alia, these services comprise the:
Implementation of a new SCADA/EMS system
Upgrading and integration of the telecommunication network required for data transfer between substations and control centers
Execution of a daptation works in at least 83 substations to allow for remote monitoring and controlling from the control centers (including teleprotection functions)
Provision and installation of power supply for the SCADA/EMS system, operator desks and related equipment
Provision of furniture for operators
