NFSTI through its UBAC will undertake a Small Value Procurement SVP for PROJECT Deliver of Janitorial Supplies in accordance with Section 53.9 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No.9184. Name of Project: Delivery of Janitorial Supplies Approved Budget for the contract: P950,000.00 Delivery Date: 30 DAYS upon receipt of NTP DESCRIPTION: Delivery of Janitorial Supplies Interested suppliers are required to submit their valid and current Mayor’s Permit and PHILGEPS Registration Certificate, and price quotation or CANVASS FORM Annex “A”.Submission of quotation and eligibility documents is on or before date as indicated, at: NFSTI UBAC Secretariat NFSTI Administration Building, Camp Vicente Lim, Brgy.
