Tenders Are Invited for Purchase of Laboratory Supplies, Equipment and Reagentsplace :kinshasa ()
1. The Mérieux Foundation has received funding from the French Development Agency to finance the cost of the INRB Support Project. It is anticipated that part of the funds granted under this financing will be used to make payments for the purchase of laboratory supplies, equipment, and reagents.
2. The Mérieux Foundation invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply, delivery, installation, and, for some, training in the use and maintenance of the equipment provided. Bidders may submit bids for one or more lots of this contract as defined in the Tender Documents. Bidders wishing to offer discounts, should they be awarded multiple lots, are permitted to do so and must indicate these discounts in the Bid Form.
5. Bids must be submitted to the above address no later than 4:00 PM on April 29, 2026. Bids must include a Bid Security Declaration for an amount equal to 2% of the lot to which the bid has been submitted, or 2% of the total value of all lots to which the bid has been submitted, issued in the form of a first-demand bank guarantee, conforming to the model in Section IV of the Tender Documents. The bid security must remain valid for 28 days beyond the bid validity period.
