Tenders Are Invited For: Strojaru Kindergarten, Construction of the Medlešice Branch (design & Build Mode)
The subject of the public contract is the design, securing of the necessary permits and construction of a new two-class kindergarten in the municipality of Medlešice, implemented in the Design & Build mode.
The kindergarten is intended for children aged 3–7 and is designed as a facility with two heterogeneous classes with a total maximum design capacity of 56 children. The construction must be designed in terms of layout, operation and technology to enable long-term operation of the kindergarten at this capacity, including normal operating peaks.
The subject of the public contract includes in particular complete design and engineering activities, securing all necessary permits, demolition of existing buildings in the affected area, actual construction implementation, delivery and installation of technical systems, processing of documentation of the actual construction and providing documents for the final approval procedure.
The subject also includes the solution of connecting the building to utility networks, modification of access roads, parking solutions and processing of interior design documentation.
