Tenders are invited for Complex reconstruction of the cultural center in banská štiavnica.
The subject of the contract is the renovation of a bourgeois corner house into a cultural center in Banská Štiavnica. The center will feature a multifunctional hall suitable for hosting theatrical performances, live music concerts, and a wide range of social events. The hall will be complemented by smaller rooms where club activities will take place. The cultural part will be supplemented by office spaces serving as support for the cultural and social activities of the center. On the ground floor, there will be rental spaces accessible directly from the exterior.
