Tenders Are Invited for Supply and Installation of Computer Equipment and Equipment for Supporting Young Entrepreneurs in the Bts Sector, Divided Into Three (03) Lots.
the Guinean Government Has Obtained a Loan From the African Development Bank (adb) Amounting to 10.64 Million Units of Account, to Finance the Implementation of the Project to Support Industrial Development and the Resilience of Small and Medium Enterprises (padirpme), and Intends to Use Part of This Loan to Make Payments Under the Contract for the Supply and Installation of Computer Equipment and Equipment to Support Young Entrepreneurs in the Bts Sector, Divided Into Three (03) Lots.
The procedure will be conducted through a competitive bidding process using an Open Invitation to Tender (OIT) as defined in the African Development Bank Procurement Framework, October 2015 edition, and open to all bidders from eligible countries as defined in the Procurement Framework.
6. Interested and eligible bidders may obtain information from the Project Coordination and Implementation Unit (PCI) by email at passationbad@ucepguinee.org, Telephone: +224 629 00 39 50 and review the tender documents at the address below: Sky Residence, 6th floor, opposite Kakimbo Field, Kipé Quarter, Ratoma Commune, Conakry – Republic of Guinea, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (UTC). 7. The Tender Dossier in French may be purchased by any interested Bidder
by submitting a written request to the address indicated above, against a non-refundable payment of two million Guinean Francs (2,000,000 GNF).
Payment will be made by deposit with the UCEP project accounting office, which is responsible for distribution, in accordance with national regulations, and against issuance of a receipt. The tender dossier will be available electronically, either on a USB drive or sent by email to the address
provided by the bidder upon payment.
8. Bids must be submitted to the address below no later than April 6, 2026, at 12:00 PM. Electronic submission of bids will not be permitted.
Late bids will not be accepted. 9. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of
representatives of bidders and persons who wish to attend this
opening at the address mentioned below.
