Tenders are invited for The dynamic purchasing system (dps) delivery of medicinal products
The dynamic purchasing system (DPS) is created for the delivery of medicinal products. The duration of the dynamic purchasing system (DPS) is 36 months. Delivery of medicinal products through the dynamic purchasing system according to technical specifications, detailed in technical annexes to the invitations that the contracting authority will send to candidates in the second stage of the DPS. The estimated quantities of the products to be delivered will be specified in technical annexes to the invitations that the contracting authority will send to candidates in the second stage of the DPS. Due to their estimated nature, the specified quantities will not represent either a minimum or a maximum total quantity that the contracting authority will request for delivery during the execution period of the respective contract. In the execution of the concluded contracts for the delivery of medicinal products, the contracting authority will request such quantities of products as needed, considering the volume and nature of the activity it carries out.
