LONG-TERM AGREEMENT FOR PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO SERVICES FOR UNICEF COSTA RICA
Context
1.1 UNICEF promotes the rights and well-being of all children
and the girls, in everything they do. Together with its partners, it works in 190 countries and territories to translate that commitment into practical action, focusing its efforts on reaching the most vulnerable and excluded children, for the benefit of all children, everywhere.
2. Tender
2.1 The purpose of this Call for Proposals
Services is to invite proposals for the LONG-TERM AGREEMENT FOR PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO SERVICES FOR UNICEF COSTA RICA, as detailed in the Terms of Reference.
2.2 This Call for Proposals document is made up of the following elements:

· The UNICEF General Contracting Terms and Conditions (Services) attached as Annex A to this document.

2.3 This Call for Proposals for Services is an invitation to negotiate and will not be construed as an offer that can be accepted nor will it give rise to contractual, legal or restitution rights. There shall be no binding contract, including process contracts or other agreements or arrangements, between the Proposer and UNICEF, and nothing in or in connection with this Call for Proposals for Services shall give rise to any liability on the part of UNICEF, unless and until a contract has been signed between UNICEF and the selected Proposer. 1. Proposal submission schedule
1.1 Acknowledgment of receipt of the Call for Submission of Service Proposals.
Proposers are requested to inform UNICEF as soon as possible that they have received this Call for Proposals for Services by sending EMAIL to the following address: contactocostarica@unicef.org, Questions from Proposers.
Proposers should send any questions related to this Call for Proposals for Services by EMAIL to the following address: contactocostarica@unicef.org. The deadline to receive questions will expire on March 22, 2026 at 11:59 p.m.
