Notice of Intention poviding maintenance services, repairs and supply of spare parts for a REVO (RAVO 5 Series) sweeper
1. The Mitzpe Ramon Local Council (hereinafter: "the Council") hereby announces its intention to contract with Gad-El Sanitation Equipment Ltd. (hereinafter: "the Company"), for the purpose of providing maintenance services, repairs and supply of spare parts for a REVO (RAVO 5 Series) sweeper, which is owned by the Council and is used to clean the streets of the settlement.
2. According to a professional opinion of the Director of the Shefa Department dated 2.3.2026, the sweeper is imported to Israel exclusively by Gad-El Sanitation Equipment Ltd., and it requires unique spare parts and service. Under these circumstances, there is no other supplier in Israel that can provide the services and spare parts required for its proper operation.
3. Therefore, the Council believes that this is a single supplier as defined in Section 3(4) of the Second Supplement to the Local Councils Order, 1958 (hereinafter: "the Councils Order"), and therefore it intends to contract with the company Exempt from tender.
4. The contract is intended for periodic maintenance, service calls and supply of parts as needed, in accordance with work orders that will be issued from time to time, during the next 24 months with an option to extend for an additional 12 months.
