The subject of the contract is the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter referred to as DNS) and the awarding of contracts during the duration of the DNS, i.e., from its establishment until its termination. The subject of the contracts awarded within the DNS primarily includes the supply of laboratory equipment and accessories, analytical and detection technology, laboratory equipment, and laboratory furniture, which are commonly available on the market, especially within the scope of CPV groups 189, 195, 242, 243, 249, 302, 311, 315, 317, 325, 331, 337, 339, 351, 380, 381, 382, 383, 384, 385, 386, 389, 391, 398, 426, 429, 434, 441, 452, 482. The contracting authority may also use another specific CPV code from the mentioned groups or another group according to CPV for the classification of goods or services as needed. The subject of the contracts may also include the provision of related services. The contracting authority will announce a specific contract using the DNS based on a call for tenders (hereinafter referred to as the call for tenders). The exact specification of the subject of the contract will be stated in the relevant call for tenders within the awarding of a specific contract in accordance with the competitive documents. The contracting authority anticipates awarding specific contracts within the DNS at indeterminate, irregular intervals, which will depend on the current needs of the contracting authority.
