The public procurement (PP) for commonly used medicinal products necessary for the activities of UMBAL Prof. Dr. Stoyan Kirkovich AD will involve general orders for the supply of commonly used medicinal products for the needs of UMBAL Prof. Dr. Stoyan Kirkovich AD, including medicinal products included in Annex No. 2 of the positive medicinal list, medicinal products not included in the list, as well as medicinal products intended for the treatment of oncological diseases. The orders aim to meet the needs of medical units established and functioning within the healthcare institution. The public procurement system is not divided into categories – it includes medicinal products whose distribution and trading conditions are regulated by the law on medicinal products in human medicine, and the same criteria for selecting participants and uniform essential conditions for deliveries will apply. The nature and estimated quantity of the supplies are described through the items and technical specifications of public procurements with the same subject, awarded by UMBAL Prof. Dr. Stoyan Kirkovich AD for the period 2024-2025. The technical specifications of the aforementioned public procurement awards, including the types of medicinal products included, characteristics, and quantities for specific periods, should be considered as incorporated into this description by indicating the internet addresses of the electronic files of the procedures under the Public Procurement Act, as follows.
