Supply of consumable medical devices for orthopedics and osteosynthesis - ORTH3 relaunch
Consultation launched by a joint procurement group. The framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders. Each lot will be awarded separately. Services are paid for at unit prices. PERIOD: From the date of notification until December 31, 2029. The contract will be concluded from the date of notification until December 31, 2026, then with three tacit renewals of 12 months each until December 31, 2029. The contract is a multi-supplier framework agreement with purchase orders, without a minimum quantity and with a maximum quantity indicated in the appendix in the Table of Quantities per Member; the quantity is that of the overall contract period. The maximum pre-tax amount per lot of the contract will be specified in the notification. The La Rochelle-Ré-Aunis Hospital Group may decide not to renew the contract in writing no later than one month before the end of its validity period. The holder may not contest the decision not to renew the contract. Such a decision does not entitle them to compensation. Given the specific nature of healthcare facilities, and depending on the evolution of pathologies and new treatments, products of the same type and belonging to the same family may be included in the contract
