Provision of Property Consultancy Advice
and Masterplanning for NATO SHAPE (Belgium)
REFERENCE: Bi-SC Procurement Directive 60-70, dated 30 June 2015.
Dear Madam or Sir,
Your company is hereby invited to participate to a Request For Proposal (RFP) for the Provision of Property
Consultancy Advice and Master Planning for NATO SHAPE.
Interested companies shall attend the mandatory site visit that will take place at SHAPE (Belgium) on
Thursday, 26 March 2026 at 09:30 hours (please send us Enclosure 2 completed no later than Friday, 20th
March 2026).
Your price offer shall be submitted in EURO, on the attached Price Proposal Format in Annex 7 of Part I
hereto.
The present request in no way obligates SHAPE. Research, survey or other expenses incurred in preparing
a reply to this request will not be reimbursed by SHAPE unless otherwise stipulated.
Any clarifications to this RFP may be requested to the Contracting Office until Friday, 03 April 2026 by
