Tenders Are Invited for The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of: - to the Institute's headquarters, computer hardware, peripherals, power supplies, computer supplies, and software, described in the Parameters and Prices forms for each of the separate parts, hereinafter also referred to as "hardware" or "software." The procurement procedure has been divided into seventeen (17) lots to allow for the submission of separate bids for each lot. Contractors participating in the tender will be able to submit bids for a selected number of lots, i.e., one, more, or all. A detailed description of the minimum technical and functional parameters, the quantity of hardware and software ordered, and other requirements for the subject of the contract are included, for each lot, in Appendices 2.1-2.17 to the Technical Specifications – Parameters and Prices Form. Bids exceeding the minimum required by the Ordering Party (in terms of technical parameters and minimum quantities of required parameters and values) will be deemed to meet the Ordering Party's requirements. If the Ordering Party has specified a maximum value for a required parameter, any parameter equal to or less than this maximum value will be deemed to meet the Ordering Party's requirements. If a given parameter is specified as a minimum or a specific number/value is specified in the requirements, the Ordering Party will consider any number/value offered for this parameter equal to or greater than the requirements to meet the requirements of the Technical Specifications. A description of the order execution method is included in the appendices to the Technical Specifications – Draft Agreement. A separate agreement will be concluded for each part.
