Separate Item No. 3 - Delivery and Implementation of Software Packages with a Three-Year License

Brief Description and Scope of the Order:
The subject of this Public Order includes the supply, installation, commissioning and warranty support of technological equipment for the construction of a STEM environment in the “Vasil Levski” Primary School, the town of Krichim.
The subject of Separate Item No. 1 - Supply of Computer Equipment and Accessories includes activities for the supply, installation, setup, commissioning of the technological equipment, training of pedagogical specialists in the use of the equipment, as well as warranty support of the following equipment:
1. Laptop - 3 pcs.;
2. Humanoid Robot - 1 pc.;
3. Starter Kit for Robotics Type 1 - 20 pcs.
4. Starter Kit for Robotics Type 2 - 20 pcs.
5. 3d Printer – 1 pc.
6. Cutting Plotter - 1 pc.
7. Filament - 20 pcs.;
8. 3d Scanner - 1 pc.;
9. Set of 20 pcs. Vr Glasses for Virtual Reality - 1 set;
10. Console – 1 pc.
11. Controller – 1 pc.
12. Interactive Display Type 1 With Built-in Ops Computer – 1 pc.

3. Set of 20 Samples - 3 Pieces
The subject of Separate Item No. 3 - Delivery and Implementation of Software Packages with a Three-Year License" includes the delivery and implementation of STEM software packages, provision of a three-year license and training of pedagogical specialists in the use of the implemented software, as follows:
1. Educational Software Mathematics Type 1 - 40 Units
2. Educational Software Mathematics Type 2 - 45 Units
3. Specialized Software for Virtual Reality - 1 Unit
4. Specialized Software Science - 1 Unit
5. Specialized Software Chemistry - 1 Unit
6. Specialized Software Anatomy - 1 Unit
The subject of Separate Item No. 4 - Delivery of Microscopes includes the delivery and warranty support of the following equipment:
1. Digital Microscope - 3 No.
the subject of Separate Item No. 5 – “supply of equipment for the current needs of the contracting authority”;
1. Multimedia for wide projection;
2. Computer
3. Camera
4. Monitor
5. External Hard Drive
6. Printer
7. Multimedia for the classroom
on the basis of Art. 21, Para. 6 of the Law on And the Total Estimated Value of the Two Separate Items in the Amount of 10,690.24 Euros Excluding VAT, Planned as Separate Items in the Present Order, Will Be Assigned in Order of Their Individual Value - Through a Direct Contract, Since the Value of the Relevant Separate Item Does Not Exceed the Amount of 156,464 BGN. And At the Same Time, the Total Estimated Value of the Two Separate Items Assigned in This Manner Does Not Exceed 20 Percent of the Total Estimated Value of the Order.
The Conditions Under Which the Subject of the Order Will Be Implemented, the Rights and Obligations of the Contracting Authority and the Contractor, Are in Accordance with the Documentation to the Public Order and the Draft Contract, As Well as in Accordance with the Applicable Normative Provisions.
Full Information Regarding the Scope, Volume and Requirements of the Contracting Authority Regarding the Technical Characteristics of the Equipment Included in Separate Item No. 1, Separate Item No. 2 and Separate Item No. 3 Is Described in Detail and Regulated in the Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1, an Integral Part of the Public Procurement Documentation.
