Prequalification: Institutional Strengthening for Scalable Digital Infrastructure in the Central African Republic
The World Bank's Digital and AI Global Practice is seeking consultancy services to support the Government of the Central African Republic in strengthening the Ministry of Digital Economy; Posts; and Telecommunications (Ministère de l'Economie Numérique; des Postes et Télécommunications; MENPT); the regulator ARCEP (Autorité de Régulation des Communications Électroniques et de la Poste); and the digital agency ACDD (Agence Centrafricaine de Développement du Digital) in strengthening their institutional and technical capacity to strengthen the regulatory instruments; promote resilient and sustainable digital infrastructure deployment and services.
The World Bank Group reserves the right to publicly disclose contract award information, including but not limited to, name of company receiving the award, brief description of services, and contract award amount, for any contract award valued over US$100,000. Offeror's proposal and contractual documents will remain confidential and therefore not subject to disclosure.
