Expression of interest for : Purchase, Transport, and Delivery of 25,000 Dn 15 Meters (monobloc Brass Body, R160) and Drinking Water Connection Accessories for Greater Libreville (communes of Libreville, Akanda, Owendo, and Ntoum)
the Gabonese Republic Has Received Funding From the African Development Bank Group (afdb) Through the African Development Bank (afdb) Financing Instruments and the Africa Growing Together Fund (agtf) to Cover the Cost of the Water and Sanitation Sector Development Program in Gabon, the First Integrated Sub-program for Drinking Water Supply and Sanitation in Libreville "piaepal" - Component: Drinking Water and Intends to Use Part of the Funds Granted Under These Loans to Finance the Services of Suppliers for the Purchase, Transport, and Delivery of 25,000 Water Meters Dn 15 (monobloc Brass Body, R160) and Accessories for Drinking Water Connections for the Municipalities of Greater Libreville (libreville, Akanda, Owendo, and Ntoum). "for the Said Contracts, the Borrower Will Make Payments Using the Direct Payment Disbursement Method, as Defined in the Bank's Guidelines and Procedures, Except for Payments for Which the Contract Stipulates That Payment Will Be Made By Documentary Credit."
Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security;
- Lot No. 1: 44,500,000 FCFA;
- Lot No. 2: 25,000,000 FCFA.
6. Bids and bid security must remain valid for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days from the bid submission deadline.
7. Bids must be submitted to the address below no later than 10:00 a.m. (local time) on May 19, 2026.
Electronic submission of bids will not be permitted. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders' Representatives and any other persons present at the address mentioned below on May 19, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. (local time).
