The Eswatini Civil Aviation Authority (ESWACAA) is a parastatal under the Ministry ofPublic Works
and Transport that was established through the Civil Aviation Act No 10 of 2009 that has been
superseded by the Civil Aviation Act No:4 of 2022. ESWACAA’s mandate is to regulate the
civil aviation industry in Eswatini and to operate the two airports in the Kingdom of Eswatini namely
King Mswati Ill International Airport and Matsapha Airport.
