3. Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System by Tuesday 26/May/2026 up to 13.30 hrs (Mauritian Time) at latest.
4. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from Tuesday 26/May/2026 as from 14:31 hrs till Thursday 28/May/2026 up to 14:00 hrs.
5. Bids will be opened online at the address given hereunder on Thursday 28/May/2026 from 14:01 hrs up to 18:00 hrs.
