Brief description of the market:
This consultation aims to establish a framework agreement for project management services for future new construction and rehabilitation/renovation projects for the companies of the LB HABITAT Group: LE FOYER D'ARMOR and HABITATION FAMILIALE LORIENT BREST. The framework agreement is based on purchase orders and involves multiple suppliers. The framework agreement only concerns projects meeting the following cumulative conditions: projects with a provisional budget for works (including infrastructure) of €3.5 million excluding VAT or less, and whose estimated project management services do not exceed the threshold for formal procedures mentioned in Article L. 2124-1 of the French Public Procurement Code.
