Invitation for Bids (ifb): c2025/112 - Implementation of Telemetry and Telesurveillance Project

3. Bidders are requested to attend a Pre bid meeting to be held at the Bid Opening Room, 1st Floor, New Building, Central Water Authority, Head Office, St Paul, Phoenix on Tuesday 2 June 2026 at 10.00 hours (Mauritian Time). The Pre-bid meeting shall also be conducted concurrently on Zoom.
4. Bids must be submitted online on the e-Procurement System by Wednesday 01 July 2026up to 13.30 hours (Mauritian Time) at latest. In addition to the bids submitted online, bidders shall submit the bid security in original form manually in a sealed envelope clearly marked "CPB/43/2025 - Implementation of a Telemetry and Telesurveillance Project" to reach the Central Procurement Board,1st Floor, Social Security House, Julius Nyerere Avenue, Rose Hill, Mauritius by Wednesday 01 July 2026up to 13.30 hours (Mauritian Time) at latest.
5. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids as from Wednesday 01 July 2026 from 14.31 hours till Friday 03 July 2026 up to 14.00 hours. (Mauritian Time).
6. Bids will be opened online onFriday 03 July 2026 as from 14.01 hours up to 18.00 hours (Mauritian Time)in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder.
