Invitation for Bids (ifb) – Request for Proposals (rfp) – Department of Public Finance Procurement of System Implementation Partner (sip) for Design, Development, Implementation, Rollout and Maintenance of Electronic Government Procurement
All Proposals must be accompanied by a Proposal Security of Sri Lankan Rupees Seven
Million and Five Hundred Thousand (LKR 7,500,000.00) or USD Twenty-Five
Thousand (USD 25,000.00). The proposal security shall remain valid until 6
th December
2026.
