Tenders Are Invited for Public Tender - Services for the Development of Corporate Real Estate Program
CAF — Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean — invites top-level companies to participate in this public tender for the contracting of specialized services aimed at the development of a high-standard corporate real estate program, with a presence and operational capacity in Latin America and the Caribbean.
CAF is undergoing a significant expansion of its corporate infrastructure in Latin America and the Caribbean. As part of its plan to strengthen its institutional presence and regional footprint, the organization plans to develop multiple corporate buildings in various cities across the region over the next five years, as well as transform and modernize its offices within its regional portfolio.
The scope of the call seeks to identify and preliminarily evaluate the technical and operational capabilities of companies that can be considered strategic allies in service categories such as: design and consulting, project management, construction, real estate services, among others.
The invitation is open to international companies with a proven track record, capable of providing any of these services—individually or in combination—at the highest level . Interested companies may submit the required information to participate until Friday, May 15, 2026, at 6:00 pm (UTC -5, Panama) .
Note: The information requested at this stage is preliminary and high-level , aimed at understanding the profile, experience, and capabilities of interested companies. Therefore, a detailed technical and/or financial proposal is not required for this initial presentation.
The estimated timeline for the process is as follows:
Publication of Request for Information (RFI) : Thursday, April 30, 2026 .
Questions accepted until Tuesday, May 5, 2026 , until 6:00pm (UTC -5, Panama).
Publication of consolidated response document : Wednesday, May 6, 2026.
Information reception : Friday, May 15, 2026 until 6:00pm (UTC -5, Panama).
