"Reconstruction of Mramotice road, behind the shop"
1st Part of Performance Realized for Client No. 1: Implementation of Construction Works Consisting in the Overall Reconstruction and Construction of Local Roads, Sidewalks, Storm Sewers and Modification of Engineering Networks in the Location of Mramotice, the Street Behind the Shop. (the Construction is Technically Divided Into Three Project Documents - Pd Communication, Pd Sewage and Pd Gas Pipeline - Which Form One Functional Unit.)
2nd Part of the Performance Realized for Client No. 2: Implementation of Construction Works Consisting in Preparation for the Overall Reconstruction of the Existing Water Supply in the Mramotice Locality, Behind the Kindergarten. (the Construction is Included in the Pd Water Supply, While the Contractor Will Implement Only Those Works Related to the Preparation of the Reconstruction of the Water Supply According to the Scope in the List of Dimensions.)
1. Part of the Performance Realized for the Contracting Party No. 1:
the Main Part of the Implementation is the Construction of Local Roads with a Total Asphalt Surface Area of 1,607 M2. Route "a" is Designed for a Length of 109.00 M with a Variable Width Between 3.50 M and 5.00 M, Route "b" Reaches a Length of 175.00 M with a Width of 3.50 M to 5.50 M and Route "c" is Run for a Length of 96.00 M with a Width of 3.50 M to 5.00 M. All These Roads Are Designed with Bituminous Surface and Before Their Foundation, the Existing Reinforcement Will Be Removed and the Unsustainable Subsoil Will Be Rehabilitated. Along Routes "a" and "b", One-sided Sidewalks and Entrances to Properties with a Total Area of ??736 M2 Will Be Built with a Concrete Interlocking Paving Surface. Two Parking Spaces with a Total Area of ??28 M2 Will Be Created on Route "c" Using Permeable Paving.
drainage of All Newly Built Paved Areas is Ensured By Means of Longitudinal and Transverse Slopes to the Curbs and Subsequently to 10 Pieces of Newly Installed Street Drains. These Will Be Connected to the Existing Or Newly Reconstructed Storm Sewer. as Part of the Repair of the Storm Drain in the Street Behind the Store, Modifications Will Be Made That Will Allow the Water to Be Safely Drained Into the Mramotické Stream. the Implementation of These Works Necessitates the Re-laying of Part of the Water Supply, Specifically in the Section Between Shafts D2–d3 and D6–d7 of the Storm Sewer.
the Construction Work Also Includes the Protection and Modification of the Existing Gas Pipeline Lines at the Intersections with the New Infrastructure. on the Existing Stl Gas Pipeline Pedn63, a Halved Longitudinally Welded Protector Pedn110 Equipped with a Sniffer Brought Out Into the Hatch in the Ground Will Be Fitted. as Part of the Final Adjustments to the Surfaces, a Ground Telescopic Set and a Cast-iron Hatch Will Be Fitted, Which Will Be Fitted to the Level of the New Level of the Completed Road. a Concrete Collar Will Be Placed Under the Hatch.
the Construction Action for Contracting Authority No. 1 Will Be Carried Out to the Extent Set Out in the Project Documentation Pd Communication, Pd Sewerage and Pd Gas Pipelines, Which Form Annex No. 4 of the Procurement Documentation, in the Related Lists of Construction Works, Supplies and Services with the Statement of Measurements for This Part (hereinafter Also Referred to as the "schedule of Measurements for Contracting Officer No. 1"), Which Form Part of Appendix No. 5 of the Procurement Documentation and in Accordance with the Issued Building Permits, Which Forms Annex No. 6 of the Procurement Documentation.
2. Part of the Fulfillment Realized for the Contractor No. 2:
the Subject of the Performance is the Execution of All Earthworks for the Reconstruction of the Existing Water Supply Line. the Renewal of the Water Supply Includes the Realization of Two Sections Marked as Rows "i" and Rows "j", Which Will Be Newly Made of Pe 100rc 90 × 5.4 Mm (sdr 17) Pipes, with a Total Length of Approx. 259 M.
the Construction Event for the Contracting Authority No. 2 Will Be Implemented According to the Project Documentation of Pd Vodvodsk, Which Forms Annex No. 4 of the Procurement Documentation, Specifically Within the Scope of Activities Defined in the Related List of Construction Works, Supplies and Services with the Statement of Measurements for This Part (hereinafter Also Referred to as the "schedule of Measurements for the Contracting Authority No. 2"), Which Forms Part of Annex No. 5 of the Procurement Documentation.
the Contracting Authority States That the Subject of This Part of the Performance of the Contract is Only the Earthwork for the Water Supply Facility Listed in the Bill of Measures for the Contracting Authority No. 2. the Work on the Installation of the Water Supply System, Including the Supply of Material, Will Be Carried Out Outside of This Procurement Procedure, Namely By the Company Vodárenská Akciová Spolecnost, A.s. the Selected Contractor Will Be Obliged to Ensure Readiness for This Part of the Construction Work and Enable the Laying of the Water Pipe and Cooperate with the Company Vodárenská Akciová Spolecnost, A.s. and Coordinate Work with Him.
