Tender Are Invited For Project management services for 12 serviced residential lots intended for home ownership within the "VILLAGE FSH" subdivision, located in the municipality of BOULOUPARIS.
Tender Conditions
This consultation is being conducted in the form of an open call for tenders.
It is addressed to project managers and design firms possessing the following areas of expertise:
? Earthworks, roadways, and utility networks (VRD)
? Electrical systems (high and low voltage)
? Environmental studies
The contract will be awarded to a consortium of joint service providers—with the VRD design firm acting as the lead partner (jointly and severally liable)—or to a single service provider working with its approved subcontractors.
2 – Division into Phases
The services shall be carried out in one firm phase and one conditional phase.
The overall timeframe for the execution of the works, as well as the timeframe for each individual phase, are specified in the Letter of Commitment.
3 – Consultation and Retrieval of Tender Documents
The tender dossier may be consulted or downloaded from the website: www.fsh.nc
4 – Submission of Bids
Bids must be submitted to the FSH no later than the deadline (date and time) specified on the website: www.fsh.nc, under the section "les appels d’offres du FSH" (FSH Calls for Tenders).
5 – Bid Validity
The attention of bidders is drawn to the requirement for strict compliance with the clauses set forth in the *Règlement Particulier de l’Appel d’Offres* (Specific Tender Regulations) attached to the consultation dossier.
The Contracting Authority reserves the right not to proceed with, or to proceed only partially with, this call for tenders.
Bidders shall remain bound by their bids for a period of 120 days from the bid submission deadline. Date of first publication: Monday, May 4, 2026
