Tenders Are Invited for co-financing of veterans' organizations in 2026
The Municipality of Ajdovšcina, Cesta 5. maja 6/a, 5270 Ajdovšcina, based on the Rules on the Procedure for Implementing Public Tenders in the Municipality of Ajdovšcina (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 82/16), the Decision on the Initiation of the Procedure and Appointment of the Administrative and Expert Commission No. 41031-32/2026-1 of 20 April 2026, and the conditions and criteria adopted by the expert commission on 4 May 2026, is publishing a Public Tender for Co-financing of Veterans' Organizations in 2026.
1. Subject of the public tender
Based on a public tender, the Municipality of Ajdovšcina will co-finance the operations of veterans' organizations in 2026, in the following areas:
Lot 1: Organization of celebrations of municipal importance
In 2026, the Municipality of Ajdovšcina will co-finance the organization of the following celebrations of municipal importance:
1. National Day celebration - up to a maximum of €4,200
2. Hike along the trails of memories and reminders Nanos - Triglav – up to a maximum of €2,500
3. Celebration of Sovereignty Day and the departure of the last Yugoslav People's Army soldier from Northern Primorska - up to a maximum of €1,500
4. Celebration of Independence and Unity Day – up to a maximum of €4,200
