Tender Are Invited For RIVER EAST RECREATION AREA IMPROVEMENTS PHASE III – SITE AND PARKING UPGRADES
The Project includes the following Work:
1. Site Work
a. General site removals include installation of temporary SESC measures, selective clearing,
removal of segments of concrete sidewalk, and removal of existing stone fireplace within
the influence of work. Contractor responsible for proper disposal of materials.
b. Construction of approximately 3, 200 square feet ofsidewalk extensions and 3, 000 square
feet of stamped concrete to accommodate site improvements.
c. Parking improvements to include pulverizing, aggregate base and HMA application to
construct new access drive loop and parking lot include stripping and ADA compliant
signage.
d. General site restoration including irrigation, topsoil, seed and mulch and SESC control
measures.
2. Infrastructure
a. Removal and replacement of existing septic tank and drainfield to accommodate future
restroom building.
b. Site utilities including water and sewer to accommodate a future restroom
