Supply of medical supplies - gloves for the needs of UMBAL - Plovdiv AD"
Brief description / documentation The object of the public procurement under Art. 3, para. 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act is
supply. The subject of the public procurement is periodic supplies of medical
supplies - gloves for the needs of "University Multi-profile Hospital for Active Treatment - Plovdiv" AD (UMBAL - Plovdiv AD).
The subject of the public procurement and the requirements for the implementation of the supplies are
described in detail in the Technical Specifications and the Draft Contract, an integral part of the
public procurement documentation. The estimated quantities specified in the technical specifications are for a period of 6 months.
The public procurement is awarded by collecting offers with an announcement in accordance with the Public Procurement Act. After a public procurement with identifier in the
CAIS/EOP 00877-2024-0015, a contract for the supply of medical supplies - gloves was concluded. During the implementation of the contract, letters were received from the company requesting a change in the unit prices when renewing the contract for the supply of medical supplies, the subject of the contract. At present, no supplies of medical supplies - gloves - necessary for the activities of the medical institution are being carried out under the concluded contract. In connection with the above, the Contracting Authority announces this public procurement in order to provide the necessary supplies after a competitive public procurement.
UMBAL Plovdiv AD will conclude a written contract for the assignment of public
