The project is an interior alteration of two office departments (Customer Service and Administration) with minor exterior work to the roof to provide new tubular daylighting devices and rework a bathroom exhaust fan. The scope incorporates the creation of six new private offices, demolition of two private offices and a conference room, upgrading fluorescent light fixtures to LED, installing new tubular daylighting devices, replacing toilet partitions in restrooms, installing Audio/Visual devices, reworking interior mechanical, electrical, telco and plumbing systems, reworking the sprinkler/alarm system, and coordinating with the owner for dust and sound control, access control, protection and safety measures during construction. tubular daylighting devices, LED light fixtures, toilet partitions, Audio/Visual devices
