The client is now looking for a landlord/property owner who can offer rental of suitable premises for a reception kitchen and dining room, which includes contracting work. The reception kitchen and dining room should have a daily production capacity of about 500 portions and the dining room a seating capacity of about 170 seats, with a maximum of 3 sittings.
