Tenders Are Invited for Procurement of Envelopes
ÎCS „Premier Energy” SRL, str. Andrei Doga 4, MD-2024 Chisinau, Republic

launches the procurement procedure regarding ENVELOPES, RFQ_905, CPV Code 30199230-1,
applying the low-value procurement procedure – carried out through
the Bravo Solution IT management system.
The award documentation for this procedure will be available from the moment of registration
in the Bravo Solution system.
The offers must comply with the requirements set out in the tender documentation and are to be submitted online, via the Bravo Solution IT management system, by 22.05.2026, 12:00, the procurement contract being valid until all contractual obligations are fulfilled.
The evaluation criterion applied will be: the lowest price among the technically validated offers.
In the event that two or more offers are equivalent, in order to determine their award, one or more rounds of negotiations will be initiated.
The offers are made in accordance with Law 74/2020 of 21.05.2020 on procurement in the energy, water, transport and postal services sectors, the General Contracting Conditions, valid at the time of conclusion of the Contract/issuance of the Order. The General Contracting Conditions are available on the Premier Energy website.
ÎCS "Premier Energy" SRL uses a continuous qualification system, and economic operators qualified following the continuous qualification system participate directly in the tender submission stage.
