Tenders Are Invited for Recruitment of a Firm Responsible for Developing the Application of the Land Information System (lis) at the Togolese Revenue Office (otr)
the Services Provided Under This Contract Include (i) the Development of the Various Database Modules Consistent with the Land Administration Domain Model (ladm, Iso 19152-1:2024); (ii) Integration of Data and Existing Business Applications, Carrying Out Tests and Putting the Developed Database Into Production; (iii) the Development, Testing and Provision of a Secure Mobile Version (android and Ios) of the Application; (iv) the Development of a Robust Mobile Gis Application, Capable of Connecting to Permanent Gnss Stations to Make Real-time Updates; (v) the Development of a Geolocation Mobile Application for the Collection of Property Taxes; (vi) the Creation of the Interface Between the Central Servers of Land Stakeholders and the Business Applications of These Stakeholders with a View to Automated Exchange of Information; (vii) Achieving Interoperability of the Application Through Data Exchanges with Other National Information Systems (civil Status, Taxation, Town Planning, Etc.) And; (viii) Training and Skills Transfer so That the Technical Teams of Otr and Other Partners Are Autonomous in the Operation and Maintenance of the Deployed Solution.
