the Consultancy Services is for the Procurement Specialist to Facilitate the Administration and Management of All Procurement Activities for the Project Implementation Unit (piu). the Consultant Will Lead the Procurement Management of Project Activities in Accordance with the African Development Bank Procurement Policy Framework.
