Purpose
The purpose of this request for a quote (RFQ) is to find and appoint a suitable consultant for
the provision of services to carry out an Assessment of Blue Economy Development across
six OECS Member States to the Commonwealth Secretariat. The appointed consultant shall
be awarded a contract that will be effective for up to 3 months.
